Kyllini lies on the western coast of the Peloponnese, in the region of Ilia, just 45 minutes from Araxos airport and 100 km from the seaport of Patras. Passenger and car ferries sail regularly between Patras Harbour and Piraeus (Athens), Corfu, Santorini and various other Greek islands and the mainland of Italy. Kyllini Harbour has sea connections to Zakynthos, Kefallonia and other Ionian Islands
The currency of Greece is the Euro. All major credit cards are accepted and international bankcards work in most ATM machines. The banks are open from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 14:00 & Friday, 08:00 – 13:30. Travellers’ cheques and foreign currency may also be exchanged at the Reception desk, 24 hours a day. An ATM is available at the Grecotel Olympia Oasis.
